Think of it like supply and demand. If the supply keeps increasing with no appreciative demand, the price will drop as the sellers strive to make sales. They are constantly adding to the OS and there's barely any demand for $OWPC's shares. Yes, the float keeps increasing and the higher the float, the lower the volitility. They aren't giving investors any reason to buy. This all puts downward pressure on the share price. They keep diluting and unless demand increases, this will keep going in one direction...down!
