You really believe THAT???? You believe there WAS a DEAL? You believe it because it was reported by this management? The same management/leadership that took 2 YEARS to finally announce to the stockholders and admit there was NO DEAL. C'MON that BS is not flying with anyone! ---- except with you I guess. You really don't see that Synergy was a copout to take the heat off this management for how BAD this is going? Take the heat off for at least 18 months for when Synergy was to sell product. In those 18 months where were the SALES from Synergy? ---They sure were not in the financials. If the deal fell through, like you say, WHY were the stockholders not informed of that prior to the 18 months.
