Friends,,,I have read every board out there and have a few questions for our community:
1. It was stated on another board that ECFL submitted a "form" to enable sale of stock without Share holder notification. (Dubious)
Can anyone confirm?
2. Have all of the 220 Million shares on float been flipped a few times over the last week +?
3. Look at the charts (PPS vs news release date) We are back at day 1 when the first PR was releaseed about a merger...Still up and not killed. With a positive spin on the retractions, and some concrete data on the merger,,,,Could be go back to the $0.02 range???
