Site logistics is impossible to defend enrollment discrepancy with because 31-32 treatment patients were enrolled after the halt and not even one German SOC/placebo. This is not how randomization works and exwannabe knows and the rest ALL know this by now. There was also a correspondence that I believe flipper44 shared indicating that a German doctor told the wife of a patient that had been screened and expected to join the SOC/placebo group that he would not be enrolled and that earliest availability would likely come at some time in the future which I believe was a specific year mentioned around 2018 if I recall correctly.
