Doesn’t RocFrac require multiple holes being drilled and filled with the medium to facilitate the fracturing?

* Rocks pre-splitting, fracture, cutting, demolishing and removal
* Concrete structures demolition and rocks removal when explosion not allowed
* Fracture and demolition of the concrete buildings and structures
* Rocks cutting for road construction
* Excavation of trenches and foundations
* Underground excavations and removing boulders

( no mention of being used underwater)
