I and associates were the first to address this with the RocFrac people. I previously posted about this. It makes no difference whether on dry land or underwater, once the mix is made and put into a thin walled application tube which is then inserted into the pre-drilled hole our holes. What does matter is the density of the material one is attempting to fracture. If porous, it is less effective than if using in hard rock like granite. If SFRX isn't even capable of drilling holes, then the idea of using RocFrac is rather useless.
