such a shame, permitting was the initial reason for delays then it got caught up in the DOE loan guarantee.
If only PLUG had done the Muddy run plant as originally intended they would have had more cash flow to do Georgia faster and wait for this site - without DOE loans if necessary.
Sanjay/Andy got greedy and cut Muddy run as it couldn't be expanded.
I hope the large storage tanks can be sold to Disney or someone for advertising purposes :-)
