If only PLUG had done the Muddy run plant as originally intended they would have had more cash flow to do Georgia faster and wait for this site - without DOE loans if necessary.
Sanjay/Andy got greedy and cut Muddy run as it couldn't be expanded.
I hope the large storage tanks can be sold to Disney or someone for advertising purposes
