Which dendritic vaccine did he take and when did he take it?
Also, was he still on chemo, and if so why?

He was in a trial at UCLA. late 2024 I assume he received ATL-DC (not trying to start a fight over ATL-DC vs DC-L, they are clearly about the same).

My guess is he had a subsequent recurrence and tried some rescue chemo.

I am NOT agreeing with nemisis that this makes it a DC-L fail. Just saying what I suspect happened,
