This matter was previously set for this date to be taken up on a second motion to compel undisclosed bank account information and assets and motion for contempt, cost and attorney's fees, filed on behalf of Stone Wealth Partners, LLC. Present in open court were Justin Alsterberg, representing Stone Wealth Partners, LLC; and Tom St. Germain, representing Redhawk Holdings Corp, Redhawk Land & Hospitality, LLC and G. Darcy Klug. Oral arguments were presented to the Court by counsel for the parties. Mr. Alsterberg made an oral motion to strike defendants' affirmative defenses. After review, the Court stated its oral reasons for ruling and found G. Darcy Klug in direct contempt. The Court sentenced G. Darcy Klug to forty-eight (48) hours in the parish jail, suspended upon him responding within thirty (30) days. The Court ordered that the motion to strike shall be granted after thirty (30) days for failure to respond. The Court awarded Stone Wealth Partners, LLC attorney's fees in the amount of two thousand five hundred dollars and 00/100 ($2,500.00). Court costs are assessed to the G. Darcy Klug. A judgment in accordance with the ruling will be prepared by Justin Alsterberg and presented to the Court for signature.
