but but but you don't understand. She developed the vaccine herself. and she ran all the trial sites independently. she also had to personally compile the entire 3 billion page MHRA submission package. all while running her local PTA bake sales. she is the greatest of all time show some respect.

And since the timeline is right there in the quote:

we currently anticipate that the physical construction work would get underway at some point by the end of January

Only delayed by a couple months already, great work Powerless!

FeMike,

Yes the wording is parsed and even expected to be taken wrong by those not familiar with “construction activities” which include blueprints, permits and other “activities” before the “physical construction work” ie shovels in the ground actually begins. She is a lawyer and if you haven’t figured out her lawyer speak by now and why that is “technically” not a lie then we’re just going to have to move you into the slow learner group of readers like I was back in 2nd grade; ). Manufacturing, manufacturing, manufacturing… and a little bit of regulatory and reimbursement rate stuff on the side. Best wishes.

It’s only a lie if you can’t reconcile the two statements. Contractor is onsite in November and construction actives have begun. That could mean bringing in equipment and doing prep work. I would imagine since they are doing construction inside an operational facility, the amount of prep work before physical construction would be much more involved than you would do in an unoccupied industrial space. After the preparations, the actual physical construction (drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.) would begin at the end of January. These statements are not contradictory.

Not the first time she has lied. Majority of them are pathological liars. They will never deliver ROI.

Just wait for Q4 when she comes up another excuse to justify the delay in construction activities. The can kicking will continue.
