I'm pretty well educated, but "lawyerese" always escapes me. Big words are used that are seldom used in our daily language.

Anyway, what I gather from this document is that all parties have 7 days to give status updates/comments on the case. The only party I'm now concerned about is the receiver. Does the receiver have the potential ability to hold things up?
