Officially reported. NIO has a bad reputation of poor follow through. There will be a certain percentage of buyers that won't believe it until published in official form. How many buyers that will be remains to be seen. Most institutions wont buy on unsubstantiated gossip. We HAVE to get above 5 and stay there for any chance at a long term run.
