Who said that there would be a stage 4 announcement? You made that up in your head. Stage 4 "announcements" are clearly coming, but trade as you like. Just don't bring lies to the board.

Not sure why you would be “waiting” for any news, it’s an EARNINGS conference call. Every company has 4 of these every year. They contain simple boring accounting data.
But don’t worry the bees you are waiting for will come soon (it’s actually been rolling out for last few months at a reasonable frequency) but the best is yet to come.
