I would, however, remove the chicken skin. I just hate chicken skin. Not on a whole roast chicken, if it's very crisp. But on a preparation like this, it just comes out rubbery.
But since I don't have harissa, I have to come up with something for tonight. Is that avocado ripe? If so, I could do some kind of salad. Have berries and cream for dessert...
