I have stated this many times based on listening to the CC, the PRs and a call to the company many months ago. That buyback PR was just a temporary stunt for a quick price bump. They never intended to buy back a material amount of shares. They finally did buy back some so they could say they did. They want to keep the cash for operations. They even basically stated that on one of the calls. Their continued silence tells how concerned they are.
