The instapot is probably the only one on the list we've never owned. I bake bread in the oven, so a bread maker is of no interest, along with the rice maker and air popper. My oven is convection, and goes to 550. Good enough for me. I can wait a few minutes longer for my zaaaa. I like you, have 2 food processors that I use. I have another two keeping the Georges company.
I make bread a few times a week. I'm home alone most of the time, so it gives me something to do. The neighbours love it. They keep me in flour and they get bread in return.
For popcorn, I just spray some kernels with oil and toss them in a paper lunch bag. 2-3 minute nuke and your done with no cleanup.
