Hey Bobby, I don’t really know, but should they have to report anything if it may have some connection to their NDA??  It would seem understandable if their numbers are not real great because of their transition with another Entity.

Bobby, you haven't got any news for months because this CEO only reports that most important 'news', annually now. They use to report quarterly, but evidently this is their way (excuse) of 'conserving money'. In other words, they cannot afford it. Not news investors want to hear, as those important financials are the Bible for investors. Yes that move from quarterly to annual is just another action of lowly Pink Sheets stocks.

The same excuse (no money) was used for no more official PR's. So now go an Facebook to catch up on 'new news'--- How amateur is THAT for a publicly traded corporation?
