Increasing the AS would be easier than reverse split, for sure.

Also, it’s possible they’ll be blocked in doing a reverse split since there is litigation pending on a significant chunk of shares (on the ask 🤣)

But RS gives them more bang for the next scam:
- dilutes bagholders in favor of insiders
- fresh shares “for investments”
- higher sp “for uplisting”

Gonna be a wild ride for sure. This leg is finishing just as predicted.

Big difference with HIRU and most OTC companies is that it is backed by a member of one of the wealthiest families in the world. It has been the company's publicly stated objective to finance the expansion without dilution or debt, that means the Sheik injects more capital when needed. This has always been the stated company position I guess we will find out soon enough.
