REVERSE SPLIT scenario--how scam managements dupe and screw shareholders

EXAMPLE---

A 1-for-1,000 R/S would recalibrate every 1,000 of today's 0.0029 shares into a single share repriced to $2.90. However, the price of 1,000 shares issued to insiders at 0.00001 turn into ONE valued at 0.01. So their shares could fall from $2.90 to 0.01 without any real loss in their issue price! Unfortunately, the cliff everyone else falls off just got 1,000x higher

Such an R/S would drop the current O/S from 6.96 BILLION to to 6,960,000 (6.96 million)

THEN comes the head fake/stealth AS "reduction"---

A much smaller 1-for-100 "reduction" in the A/S would drop it from 7 billion to 70 million. "WOWZERS"...all gullible dupes cheer wildly. What they fail to realize is, this grossly disproportionate ''reduction' in the A/S actually results in a massive INCREASE in the A/S.

Suddenly a 6,960,000 O/S now = a mere >>9.94%<< of the ''reduced'' 70,000,000 A/S.

So instead of the A/S being 99.46% maxed out as it currently is..management suddenly/ magically now has over >>90% more shares to issue, dump and dilute with<< ...all accomplished by "disproportionate reductions" which ALL REVERSE SPLITTERS DO!!! That's because reducing both by the same ratio accomplishes nothing unless management hopes to meet minimum required price thresholds to uplist. But virtually all do it to fabricate more shares to issue, dump, dilute and rid themselves of the liability of old bagholders.

I wouldn't be surprised if management and insiders cash out in advance of a big R/S then buy back shares after the bloodbath is over
