Btw, what can you tell us about government embargo’s against specific products under U.S. trade laws after last Friday’s Supreme Court (170 pages total read) decision on tariffs/taxes/duties? Might 1)public safety + 2)fraud in obtaining a generic label in the process of FDA label negotiations be factors favoring an embargo against a pair of generics here? Trump placed/delegated V.P. Pence to be in charge of Medicare fraud about an hour into his State of Union address. The Secretary of Commerce is still in Office. An embargo against a specific product under U.S. trade laws prevents importation of that product.

Science is hard for many on here. I get it. Practicing medicine is even harder and regulatory science is not science. We don’t even have to discuss how PBM’s work and why. Other than that this group is well versed in all things about Amarin and the space it operates in.
