I don't know if I would go as far has the court affirming... Hawkins may have been afraid they would and that could be the reason for trying to dismiss him from the suit. But, if those 1.7 billion shares are on the TA's ledger under Costello's name I don't see how the TA could allow them to be canceled if there is no Judgment against Costello directing that. Unfortunately, those that have the docs filed by RNWF aren't willing to share. That makes me think it may be the case that the shares are listed under Costello's name on the ledger, and possibly the controlling share as well.. This case is just very odd all around. Why did they name him in the first place if they didn't need him to be??? Only to turn around and dismiss the suit ageist him?? Odd...
