Where are our legal begals? I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer but I read "striking plaintiffs motion" as throwing it out - denying it. Last 10 minutes of stock pps would affirm this.

The Judge did not say she agreed with the "facts". She said they failed citation to what Renewal claims are facts. The Judge did not take any "facts" into concertation because there was no citation. And yes, it was a technicality in that they didn't follow the courts rules and so it was tossed. They can refile another motion for judgement for consideration IF it has the proper citations.

$RNWF this is a technicality and should be easily remedied. The judge basically said he agrees with the FACTS presented, they just need to be linked to the appropriate documents. Just more waiting. And more loading!

You could not be more GROSSLY wrong and totally false in peddling that utter BULLSHIT LOL !!!

1) The judge is a female - so it ain't "He"

2) SHE not only strongly denied the bullshit motion from Plaintiff RNWF-a-CRIME but went waaaay beyond that....

3) REAL law vs TV law - that judge added specific language in which she STRONGLY admonished council for submitting a SHITTY and TIME WASTING Motion.

4) She then goes on and further adds, "NOW...for being dumbshits and wasting The Court's time....ALL your future motions better have their shit together...or I'll flush um like the turd that you just wasted my time on"

5) PISSING OFF JUDGES via not knowing how to practice basic f-ing courtroom actual "Law" - they DO NOT take kindly to it. Their dockets are stacked for months and even years out - they are under massive backlogs. WASTING The Court's time is a mortal sin and wins NEGATIVE points for shitty attorneys that do it.

RNWF and their Yellow Pages shit attorney(s) just got their sorry asses ROYALLY handed to um. The motion filed... is DOA and KIA - this ain't golf and there's no mulligans and do-overs and free "get one by the judge" bullshit.

The Defendants just got MONTHS now handed to them on a gift platter.... to file their rebuts + motions of their own + discovery can and will start etc...this shit just went MONTHS into the future - easily can now be a YEAR or more to resolve via failure to get it booted on a shitty Hail Marry motion for default...written by a dude who got his law license probably from a Crackerjack box LMAO !!!

She was referring to what Renewal claimed were facts. She did not in any way agree with them. There was no citation to anything to back up what Renewal claimed were "facts" so could not make decision on the claims as to whether they could be considered "Facts".
