Could have just denied motion sighting lack of supporting facts blah blah.....

BUT....she literally "lectures" them and warns them.....ALL FUTURE MOTIONS will require supporting evidence with specificity...and then really spanks um....like damn near hauls um into a closed door chamber session....."It is NOT incumbent upon the court to read your bullshit and hunt through it looking for supporting evidence that isn't there" (paraphrasing to real English) LOL !!!

She handed their asses to the ambulance chasers....this case is going to be tied up a hell of a lot longer now....the Defendants can now move for their own motions and most important rebut and discovery etc....!!
