THIS MATTER came before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Entry of Judgment Against Pacific Compliance Corporation and Sacred Biosciences, Inc. (“Motion”).
In Plaintiff’s Motion, it provided no citations to the facts submitted. Civil Rule 7(b)(4) states that “When a motion is supported by affidavits or other papers, it shall specify the papers used by the moving party.” King County Local Civil Rule 7(b)(5)(B)(iv) states, “The evidence on which the motion or opposition is based must be specified with particularity.”
It is not incumbent upon the Court to search through declarations and exhibits to ascertain whether each asserted fact is supported by supportive documentation. The Court will only consider motions submitted in the future if each asserted fact is cited to a supporting document with specificity
