Certainly possible. It’s speculation. But even if they did tell her that, what you speculate, it would NOT technically be “material information.” A final decision would be, not back and forth conversations on timing or what else needs to happen.

Investor zero…, i dont usually see you on my feed as i put a bunch on ignore.  if my nwbo gets atleast  a conditional approval , i will make every effort to double my position. If nellies play games with price after a favorable decision, many long here will go all in by downsizing the homes and even selling the neighbors barn. We are crazy supporters here man. New policies on what? This trial is an utter failure. There will be no conditional approval. Hirings at Advent are not a sign.

1. You don't change endpoints based on a look through.
2. You don't switch from a placebo control to ECA
3. You don't modify arms on the trial.

That is why they couldn't even bring this monstrousity to the FDA. This is not science. They need to run a new trial. It is that simple.
