I was thinking the same thing, on the one hand I feel like the longer the SEC goes without releasing gtem from wrongful accounting practices the more likely gtem is gonna be hit hard by the sec.
On the other hand the defense attorney's purposely filed a motion to delay the hearing AFTER the defense attorney's set the hearing date. I thought maybe they knew that the sec wasn't going to find anything substantial with their practices
or it could have been that gtem doesn't know the outcome any more than anyone else does as of yet and was just betting that it would be over by then.
It's hard to call this one, but I'm still of the opinion that the sec will hang gtem and the lawsuit will not be dismissed but they'll go hand in hand. If by chance the sec releases gtem then the class action is over.
