We will be lucky to be making 4 tons per month by the end of the year…that’s 1 ton per customer…if those 4 companies are as big as they are said to be, that is a minuscule amount for them regardless of how much it is blended….they may want to start out slow but they are also likely going to want more and more…we need to be able to grow fast to meet that demand…
China is not that far behind us…when they enter the market, they will do so with the ability to produce hundreds of tons per month and build up quickly from there…we need to have established happy customers by then because China will also dump spider silk onto the market at a loss when they finally arrive…
