I guess this will move on its own time table. Those who invested the $2 billion likely have a good understanding of the plan forward here. It may take some more time, but the move up is coming.

The fact that it is starting to move up on low volume, rather than being manipulated and shorted down, is a good sign. Once the volume returns, this should move up nicely.
