It looks like someone who is trying to lower their dollar cost average. Put in a bunch of bids for shares at the low, then sell that many shares at a higher ask price.
If UMAV pops on news, then a low average makes for a flashy screenshot. If it doesn't, then they've probably made enough money day trading to get the shares for free. I wouldn't be surprised if that individual is looking to grab 1 billion shares with the bid and ask volumes going around.
That person is probably one of the few people who turned a profit on the stock while the rest of us are underwater. I have my suspicions on who that is, but I'll refrain from saying. If that person wants attention, they can make themselves known.
