I estimated 70% insider control the last time I looked at it. We have 2 shareholders here who collectively own over 6M of the 118M outstanding shares.
Reverse merger candidates include (the wholly-owned or reverse merged) IPIX and GBLX. I currently have over 581K shares in those companies, with an open buy order for 400K additional shares. Hesai is another potential merger partner, perhaps in association with BeaMed.
You said "the corporation still has the (unregistered) shares." I agree and expect a distribution of those shares, possibly under the HSAI ticker, as part of the reorganization.
My question is, how many Black Horse shares were disgorged, if any. There shouldn't have been any, in my opinion.
