The company "humanigen" and is not dissolved . as an 'corporate entity' still exist under the control of the trustee or receiver. As for the 'shares' it no longer registered for trading but the corporation still has the shares. the question who is still on the shareholder list of humanigen? I ask the bankruptcy for that info and dd not get any reply . i assume 99% of the shareholders have sold or writeoff their investment as total loss under bankrutpcy. that was the scheme. now the corporation hgenq has less than 10 shareholders with one guy owning 90% of the share. or something if taran wants to ever want to relist their company on nasdaq it'll be a big legal challenge or dispute. only way is to do a reverse merger as taran or some entity already owns 97% of humanigen shares based on my estimates.
