from what I see the REMUNERATION COMMITTEE CHARTER recommends to the board :
The Committee shall:
1. review and approve annually the framework or broad policy for the remuneration of the chief executive officer (the “CEO”), the chairman of the Company and such other members of the executive management as it is designated to consider (including the total individual remuneration packages for each individual including, where appropriate, bonuses, incentive payments and equity awards).
