If that 420 mil is for Johnney it would only be the first tranche. They never convert a large number like 27 million bucks all at once, they do it in tranches as the calculation can continually change. The current number for the conversation rate would be around .001 for 27,000,000,000 shares if done all at the same time... That's 27 billion shares.
