According to the ASM I believe the work extends to at least June so could have already started.

Another way of looking at it, is that the Site Administrator Coordinator job function was being done by other job functions, for instance by the Facilities Manager and Facilities Coordinator positions they hired in 2023. As the site has become busier, they needed to break out that role in a separate job function is the way I see it.

Site Administration Coordinator and Construction Site Coordinator/ Foreman are not the same jobs. If you read the JD, most of the responsibilities of this position have nothing to do with the construction site. In fact, only one of them is and that is, to "Process the issue/addition and removal of access control cards for contractors and employees, as required"

In the UK, 'Contractors' is the most common term used for teams of workers used on commercial construction sites.
