Once again, here is to Mark and Paul Khan a consultant who works for Mark on MIKP to come through and get MIKP undelisted and current (with IP reverting back to MIKP).

If Mark has some or all of these studios (Disney Studios, Warner Bros., Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, and Sony Pictures etc.) interested in his IP then there would be no excuse for Mark not keeping his IP with MIKP.
He could just sell some of his IP and cover the $50,000 he needs to go forward with MIKP or he could do what I suggested

I told him to bring his IP back to MIKP. Stick with not having a RS split until the price goes up (which it will if his IP is what he says it is), then get MIKP undelisted and current (I told him to skip the auditing for now as it might be extremely expensive) and then raise some money by selling just a small amount of shares.
Suggested that Mark change the reverse stock split from 100 to 1 to 10 to 1 and move forward. (100 to 1 is too extreme IMO).


Note: these studios are not going to wait until the end of time for Mark Newbauer if they have made an offer on any of his IP.

Guess I'll just have to leave this here:

Can't fault your on your perception of Mark. He does NOT keep his word. That is one thing I have noticed. It is all about Mark and nobody else or else he would have held the course and followed through with his words like paying me and someone else back which has not happen in almost 2.5 years and everything else he has said.
