Can't say the same for MIKP and Mark taking his IP. That is contrary to what Mark had shareholders believing and his incessant remarks that he would be filing any day for well over a year. And then he Mark IMO let MIKP get delisted. Even if MIKP was in the hands of someone else to sell, Mark failed to followup and make sure that MIKP would become current. All on him.
I told Mark that what he did with MIKP was criminal. Just because he claims he is removed from MIKP doesn't take away the fact that he liable to MIKP and the wrong he did to shareholders.
