it seems that way, and it seems like it was pulled before. 1/7/2025 fccn press release acquiring Intermatica. Look up Intermatica webpage. Any familiar faces. kicker is they have a release there from 2024 saying mexidia doing due diligence to acquire Intermatica. Can't make this up.
