No evidence whatsoever the "improved" process makes Radiogel any more effective than prior process did. And process patents don't stop anyone from making an equally effective offset to Radiogel. Moreover, process patents are hard to defend. One has to prove the competitor is using the "improved" process and the industrial espionage required to get that proof can result in serious criminal charges and civil penalties.
The tech has been public domain since early 2022 and there's nothing RDGL can do to change that. Hence why the market didn't respond to the patent PR.
The most obvious reason competitors have taking different approaches is the same reason Radiogel is dead in the water globally; there's no valid evidence the product works safely and without that, there will be no human trials and no bringing Radiogel to market. Why would a competitor go down same failed path RDGL is? Nobody is that dumb.
By all appearances Radiogel is snake oil and RDGL is a scam
