Calling a granted U.S. patent “weak” doesn’t make it so. Process patents are exactly how medical devices protect manufacturability, repeatability, safety, and regulatory compliance — the things regulators actually care about.
If “anyone could offset it,” the USPTO wouldn’t have issued it after prior-art review — and competitors would already be doing it, not talking about it.
