I had a history years ago of believing in bagasse to make IFUS an outstanding stock. What you just said goes along with my DD years ago on the IFUS business model. Let me outline this -
1. When I first got into IFUS stock, there seemed to be a lot of agendas. But I am not making accusations with that statement.
2. I bought into IFUS because there was obviously a fight with insiders involved to "try" to market their product.
3. The fight got ugly as the insiders went to court over that crap.
4. I honestly thought the IFUS insiders were fighting over something of value against their enemies.
5. The entire story got confusing.
So, I sold my IFUS stock for a small profit on the sub-penny run ups. I even took losses before those small gains chasing other penny stocks. But a moment of honesty in Penny Land, I am really serious and have no agendas here or own shares. I have no intentions of buying shares and I will back that up in a court of law anytime.
What you posted was the absolute truth about SGP+ being a cattle feed and I will go on to say you gave IFUS CREDIT for bagasse being a hay substitute if there was low inventory of hay or other feed. Now the science behind the chemical treatment needed? I think there could be something there.
But treating the hay and shipping it makes NO SENSE. After I was out of this stock and had no reason to care, I tried to explain that the IFUS business model was flawed because they are not shipping cattle feed or fertilizer to South America, India or anywhere outside of a few hundred miles. Let's just assume as you said "the chemical treatment" or as we heard "secret sauce" has proprietary additives that work!! There seemed to be an insider fight at IFUS for this "claimed" technology.
I could have and still can put the fertilizer in the hands of the people doing billions of years in revenue and I will back that up in a court of law as well. The cattle feed?? I assume the science works. But here is the big issue. I am not getting paid .01C for helping IFUS. I will back that up by disclosing my tax returns in the past or future. Who else can do the same thing with me?
This is where it gets interesting. I proposed the business model of NOT SHIPPING SGP+ as cattle feed or fertilizer anywhere. I publicly said that shipping the IFUS product was too expensive. And I was attacked for that statement. Look a the history of public statements amongst IFUS shareholders and those that cared about the small IFUS shareholders making money. I proposed the idea of IFUS franchising/expanding their operation by creating remote places all over the world to add their chemical to the bagasse. It would eliminate the shipping cost and maybe.... Just maybe the science IFUS was fighting for could gain traction.
I will offer my services to help the small IFUS shareholder for free if anyone has the financial backing to help me cancel all of the convertible note and gain control of the voting shares of this entity. My offer is simple. Let's change the direction of IFUS.
This is what makes it fun for my volunteer work here and my suggestion to MW. Discuss my idea in your next shareholder update on OTC Markets. I will see this CEO or it's clowns in court anytime they are ready to go if they want to challenge me statement in this post. It's really bad when smaller shareholders "believed in the science", got screwed but yet still have the vision to outline a more defined business model to make IFUS profit.
I have been asked to come back here and help but I do not have incentive other than I would like to help the smaller IFUS shareholders and kick out the larger ones. For free.
At least I am honest and like everything else in penny land.... I wasted my time commenting. The insiders at IFUS will never listen!!!!
