I have not seen video/picture proof, just hearsay from posters who say they have talked with him. I cannot imagine Henry is doing very well health wise.
I heard he just got back from 2 countries about a week ago and nothing happened in DC a month ago that was supposed to happen quickly So I guess he's still talking to certain people and guess the new BS is by the end of February to buy him more time probably I seriously doubt anything is going to happen though except maybe get arrested as many different organizations and people are investigating is what I heard But mainly the same ol stuff day after day Month after month and year after year
