NBR wasn't paying workers comp insurance for years and now these ten ore bags are being investigated to my being poisoned with toxic cadmium metal. I think the ore bags were contaminated with a strong acid like gold-chloride while I was absent from the mill to take my wife to a surgeon 4 hours away in Los Angeles on Nov 4th. A friend of Jared name Joe was at the site unscheduled and I was ordered to return to open the gate for Joe. So, if Joe couldn't remember using his copy of the gate key to let himself in all the other times he was at the mill before then maybe Joe also couldn't remember using his copy of the gate key to let himself in and load up Jeff Woods VFD from inside the mill building. He knew the combination lock for the mill building and there were no signs of breaking and entering. Plus Jared was the only person who knew what days I'd be out of town for emergency dental care in Carson City and in Ridgecrest aside from Jeff Woods who I offered to return the VFD to because the fence by the gate had been intentionally left down by Jared not purchasing a 50 dollar fence tool for SIX long months. I told Jeff in emails I believed Jared was planning to steal his VFD and sure enough Jared tried to fire me for that too. I also made sure Jared didn't get to report the stolen VFD to his insurance company because I reported the VFD was property that belongs to another man, Jeff Woods. So if he did then that is insurance fraud and if he'll fraud the insurance company then he'd probably fraud the shareholders too.
