Buylow.... Our chance to ever have a real product is less than 1% and that is easy to see Now the ability for HDC to bring suit against Nvidia is extremely surprising and our ability to even have a faint heartbeat after all these years is too with the exception that us shareholder had better not forget about the many years of past abuse from mainly past management.
If you re-read the past shareholders letter it points to several areas that may not allow us to trade shares again and that would or should I say be due to problems HDC may or may not have with any existing thoughts presently facing them besides need payment to accounting and SEC. With HDC filing suit in hope that a settlement comes quickly with out HDC trading shares. Meaning we are strapped but management is not. They can say we just don't have the money to files all our back paperwork but does it exist or is all in total disarray and bookkeeping and or the accounting firm wont tough it. Mind you it is up to HDC to supply all the paperwork to be audited and the firm either will stamp what is presented to them and then submit it to the SEC. The SEC will review and make notes. HDC will read them and if HDC feels that the SEC won't allow trading after submitting HDC may decide not to submit. So crappy reasons but worth discussions with other investors here.
So is HDC management better off not even hiring a public accounting firm. Note when HDC says they are "engaging" a firm etc which doesn't mean hiring the firm.
Look we all want success even HDC but in the end everyone in this entire array wants a few dollars and move on and of course management too but know retain investors are always at the bottom of the food chain.
Read the last shareholder letter as if you did not have any personal interest or investment here so that you can be in a neutral state. But again don't even think that HDC will ever have a damn product that is a fact!
