Hey, Loc. It actually states that they have engaged, not engaging. Now, we can parse that out to mean they’ve engaged in talks to officially engage, but that would lead to an infinite regression resulting in verbicide.

Just a technical correction, HDC’s business is not to make its own products. I think our only stab at that was the Derm imaging thingy. We are not a CLIA certified Lab (Quest Dx) or manufacturer (Abbott). We help others make products (assays and kits) or improve products (assays).
