If that be the case so what, halt it,, if they do it means they have found proof leading them to believe not was manipulating the share price, if they even catch wind at NITE the SEC will file a formal complaint agianst them they will be covering like rabbits if there is to be a halt, then watch this bounce when it re-opens, but I still disagree of this being halted if they open up a formal investigation on NITE.
