What don't you understand, johnnyt5? The company is hemorrhaging. They keep diluting to get cash to keep afloat. The Rosen thing is a joke. If they are found guilty, so be it. They initially agreed to settle with RB Capital, but I do not believe they ever did. Plus, they announced a few months ago in their filing that Rosen had agreed to provide more funds.
