MY guess. No big product finished yet that they can sell. This is all a gamble at this point. MY experience with Indonesia stocks has shown me China ventures behind the scene. Be careful. Remember Schwab's rating. Can some other big big company outdo them? BTW, I do own a few shares but not buying more at the moment.
Why they won't do your trade is because they don't want you to lose all your money. Why is price going down after financing? Because the "management " is lining their pockets with $$$$
