Very likely taken in the Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR).

Robert Blum’s caption mentioned going from Computex (Taipei) to CIOE (Shenzhen). A stop in Hsinchu (The silicon valley of Taiwan) to visit TSMC would only take a ride of 30’ from Taipei…

As I said, just playing around with AI (kind of creative “triangulation”) so very well possible that it means nothing at all.
