There is nothing profound about $CYBL now. Until Receivership is lifted, they cannot do anything without the $20 million +. Any raw materials and components would have to be paid cash up front. And they have no cash, hence, why they keep diluting to raise money.
I am very surprised, though, that Rosen threw more money at the company. That is one positive.
